Increase your flexibility, improve your blood circulation and restore balance to your body. Reduce tension and raise your energy level. Mat work is used. Each participant needs a yoga mat (or carpet), yoga block (or book), yoga strap (or towel/tie). It is recommended that participants wear comfortable clothing.
