Vinyasa, movement with breath awareness. Explore the release of tension within your body with the use of breath and movement. Enjoy restorative postures at the end of the practice. Online participants need a yoga mat (or carpet), yoga block (or book), yoga strap (or towel/tie). It is recommended that participants wear comfortable clothing.
