Join us for a meaningful sewing workshop dedicated to helping young girls stay in school. Participants will work together to create essential items using donated quilting cotton, flannel, and other supplies. If you have any 100% quilting cotton or flannel to donate, we will gladly accept it. We also welcome sewing machine needles, girls’ underwear, Ziplock bags, hotel soaps. No sewing machine? No problem, the instructor will bring extras, and no sewing experience is required. Sewists who do bring a machine are encouraged to come with three pre wound bobbins and a pair of scissors to keep the work flowing smoothly. Every stitch makes a difference.
