Join Patricia for a fun, cardio dance/yoga workout. Each week learn several basic dance combinations and yoga sequences to combine into a fun routine to popular music. A new song and routine each week, exploring a variety of dance styles such as contemporary, jazz, hip-hop, swing and more! No dance or yoga experience required. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle!
